Residents are charged for food based on consumption. Whatever the total expenses which includes, vegetables, raw materials, labour are calculated and divided on per head basis
Maintenance Charges
Residents are charged for Monthly Maintenance of the premises like common area, professionals salary, overheads, expenditure and it slightly varies on individual to individual based on their cottage types.
Nursing Assistance
Nurses are available on call. In case of emergency, we have tieups with the leading hospitals of the city.
Medical
The charges are purely based on the individuals health condition and related requirements. Whatever the actual costs arise, that will be borne by the residents.
Other Expenses
Other expenses includes monthly errands like telephone, electricity, cable network, laundry charges and other fixed expenses like daily errands and overheads will be borne by the individuals.
